Overview

Innova Properties is a property company. Through a content retainer we became its video partner, filming its buildings and producing a steady stream of content for its marketing.

The challenge

Buildings are hard to film well: wide lenses can distort and harsh light flattens detail. The films had to show proportion, materials and light accurately, and the retainer had to keep fresh content arriving on schedule.

Our approach

We planned each shoot around the sun, filming facades when low light brings out texture and interiors when daylight fills the rooms. Slow, steady gimbal moves and carefully levelled frames keep verticals straight and let viewers take in each space. We captured detail shots of materials and finishes to give every edit texture and rhythm. Each film was graded to one natural palette, so the content reads as a single body of work over time. Regular planning sessions with the Innova team set the shoot list, and every film was delivered in landscape and vertical cuts for the website and social channels.
