Alba Gardens

Overview

Alba Gardens is a property development by Aircasa. We filmed and photographed the development, then designed the marketing materials that bring those images to prospective residents.

The challenge

People make big decisions about property from a few minutes of video and a handful of photos. The content had to show space, light and layout honestly, and the design had to present it all clearly and consistently.

Our approach

We planned the shoot around the light, filming exteriors in the soft early and late hours of the day and interiors when daylight filled the rooms. Slow, steady gimbal moves let viewers walk through each space at a natural pace, while the photographs kept verticals straight so rooms look true to life. We captured detail frames of finishes and outdoor spaces to add texture to the edit and the layouts. The film was graded to match the photographs, so every piece shares one natural, airy colour palette. Our designers then built the marketing materials around the strongest images, with clear type and plenty of space, in a style that can carry across Aircasa's other developments.
